Our Returns Policy.

If I change my mind, what cancellation notice do I need to give?

You have the right to cancel your order within a 7 working day period of you receiving the goods.
We do require the cancellation to be by letter in writing, but to make things easier for you we can accept a fax or email (as opposed to a telephone call which is not sufficient). All we ask in the event of cancellation is that you return the goods as new to our head office.

Returns
Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when returned as new in the original wrappings within 14 days of purchase. We exchange or refund the full purchase value of the goods, not the postage and packaging.
The following cannot be returned:
• Goods that have been worn/washed/altered or soiled
• Sparring equipment that is squashed/out of shape following initial delivery by us
• Sparring equipment with straps fastened, causing wrinkling
• Discontinued merchandise
• Merchandise not in original wrapping with instructions

If you have any complaints about Power With Grace, regarding orders, products or anything else please send an email to info@powerwithgrace.co.uk. We take complaints and problems seriously and promise to:
• Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
• Keep you informed throughout the complaints procedure
• We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days
