the right sizes
We know how confusing it can be to select the
right sizes for both clothing and protection, sometimes this
can be when you are either new to martial arts, or if you
are buying a gift, so to help with this process we have endeavoured
to put together a guide to choosing the right sizes.

Clothing- Suits and Trousers
All of the trousers that come with our range of
suits, have both an elasticated waistband as well
as additional drawstring/ties, the benefit of this
is that there is some room for growth as the waist
can be both tightened and let out for comfort. Each
suit is also designed to be a loose fit to allow
for flexible movements.
Most of our suits are made of 100% pure cotton and
are therefore subject to shrinkage of up to 5cm,
please use a cool wash to help prevent this. Full
instructions of how to care for each suit are included
with each order.
All the sizes guidelines we have given are for height
only.
If you have a large chest or waist size, remember
to accommodate for your width and buy up to 2 sizes
up.
NB. It is sometimes a good idea to buy a size up
for a growing child. |
