We will endeavor to despatch orders received within 24 hours
and many orders will be dispatched the very same day!
What are my delivery options?
Power With Grace will pay for your order to be delivered to
you by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by our trusted
courier service depending on its weight. The benefit of this
is that if you are unavailable when we deliver, the postal
service will leave you a card and keep your purchase safe
until you are in a position to either take delivery or arrange
to collect it locally. This does cost us more but it also
ensures ourselves as well as yourself that your purchase is
properly looked after, hopefully giving us both total piece
of mind.
For a limited
period only!
Power With Grace will pay for all orders over £45 to
be delivered free of any charge*
basically we will pay for the postage and packaging. For orders
under £45 P+P will be charged at £3.99
*Free delivery is only applicable for UK mainland deliveries.
Postage may vary for deliveries to Northern
Ireland but we guarantee not to charge anymore than to cover
our own postage costs. If you are looking to purchase from
Northern Ireland please e-mail us for a cost for postage,
please tell us the product/s you would like to purchase and
we will endeavour to get a quotation back to you within one
working day.
How long will it take to deliver?
We do aim for next day delivery but your order could in some
cases take up to 2-5 working days. You are of course welcome
to enquire about your order at anytime, please click

How To Pay
We accept all the major credit cards and payment can be made
securely on our site or you can call us with your details.
You can pay using any of the following methods including paypal.

Or you can send us payment in the post
using Cheque, Postal order or Banker's draft or you can use
a direct money transfer
Please do not send cash, as we cannot take responsibility
for its safety.
How secure is the Power with Grace
website?
Security is the main consideration for online purchasing which
is why we take security very seriously.
Our Merchant Banker is Barclays PLC and we use Protex as a
Payment Service Provider, it is their joint top priority to
ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction Security
All transaction information passed between Barclays PLC and
the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any
messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5
hashing to prevent tampering. We can be completely secure
in the knowledge that nothing we pass to the Protx servers
and Barclays PLC can be examined, used or modified by any
third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on their systems, all sensitive data is secured using
the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards
used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys
are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the
same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root
certificate, making them all but impossible to extract.
Customer Support and Service
Our customer services are at our head office at Treetops House,
if you wish to talk to a member of the customer services team
please do not hesitate to call them about anything relating
to Power With Grace or the website. Our office hours are 9am
to 5.30pm Mon-Fri, however we do monitor our e-mail outside
of these hours.
Our Privacy Policy
We are totally committed to protecting your privacy and we
will only use the information that we collect about you in
a lawful way.
We do collect some information about you which helps us to
process your order in the best possible time and this allows
you to return to our website and not have to fill in the same
information again and again each time you want to buy something.
Whilst we may e-mail you using your supplied e-mail address
for queries about your orders or for order confirmation, once
the order is complete we will not e-mail you in the future
unless you have given us your consent.
Terms and Conditions
1. The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory
rights
2. All Prices are shown inclusive of VAT
3. Returned or represented cheques will be charged a £10
administration fee
4. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Orders are accepted on the understanding that they will be
charged at the prices ruling at the time of dispatch.
5. Claims arising from shortages or damages must be made within
3 days upon receipt of the goods. Damaged/shortage of parcels
must be signed for as damaged/parcel shortage
6. Goods dispatched to a third party are at your own risk
7. Goods remain the property of Power With Grace until full
payment has been received
Goods can be collected from our premises giving prior notice
to our sales department hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Your right to cancel your order:
cancellation notice
You do have the right to cancel your order within a 7 working
day period of receiving the goods we do require the cancellation
by letter in writing, but to make things easier for you we
can except a fax or email (as opposed to a telephone call
which is not sufficient). In the event of cancellation the
goods must be returned (as New) at the customers own expense.
If the goods are not returned we can arrange for the goods
to be collected and the direct cost will be returned from
the refund total.
Returns
Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when
returned as new in original wrappings within 14 days of purchase.
The customer meets the cost of returning the goods. We only
exchange or refund the value of the goods, not the postage
and packing
The following cannot be returned:
• Goods that have been worn/washed/altered or soiled
• Sparring equipment that is squashed/out of shape following
initial delivery by us
• Sparring equipment with straps fastened, causing wrinkling
• Discontinued merchandise
• Merchandise not in original wrapping with instructions

We take complaints and problems seriously and promise to:
